$PSGR June 11, 2018 Early morning. The last Press Release from Pershing Resources was May 8th. The Share Price is still LOW. Trading is LOW. Another month has passed with NOTHING by way of updates from the corporate office. NEW or POTENTIAL Investors may wonder why NOTHING seems to change. Hmmmmmm….look at the TWENTY PLUS YEARS of this company (and its former iterations) to understand why some investors do not believe anything will change.
A prior Press Release (April 9, 2018) noted that 'new blood' was brought into the company to advance the development of the claims/mine(s) in Arizona near Kingman, AZ. Two months have passed since this announcement. Press Releases PRIOR to the April 9th release indicated that EXPLORATORY/SURVEY work had been completed and results were waiting for review before release to the general public.
With all due respect to one of the 'New Blood':
DON MCDOWELL: With your excellent credentials and prior extensive mining experience What the Hell is going on at the mine site? Are you waiting for funding? Is there anything of value at any of the claim sites? Over two months is more than enough time to provide a little insight on the properties. INFORMATION, whether Good, Bad, or Indifferent WILL advance the efforts. Good honest/factual information WILL encourage more investments. Bad honest/accurate information MAY cause investors to wait awhile before releasing funds BUT, at least they know that SOMETHING is taking place that could lead to a Return on THEIR Investment. Indifferent information may be a lukewarm drink BUT it is something that still holds value. I look at MANY stocks that have been beaten bloody by the Media yet still grow because investors still see FUTURE value. Investors remain confident because they see that ACCURATE, TIMELY, and HONEST information IS provided by the Corporation....not obfuscation, not BS. Pershing Resources has a long-established reputation that is held by many investors....to be kind, the reputation is not good. How about some continuous CURRENT, ACCURATE, HONEST information that will GROW this company?
