The beauty of Strikeforce's Appeal case: we believe the decision was already made by other legal forces before Ropes & Gray even filed their Appeal response 7 days ago. We have already researched and posted Due Diligence on the following topics related to why we strongly believe the Appeal will go in SFOR's favor.

1. You should review posted DD on Federal Circuit court reversal decisions regarding Alice 35/101

2. You should review posted DD on the FULL Federal Circuit stating that District courts can no longer dismiss patent holding companies based on Alice 35/101 without a fact-finding review of their patents. SFOR's case was dismissed without any such review.

3. You should review posted DD on Strikeforce's October 2017 Patent Trial and Appeal Board victory where 25 claims were vindicated and 7 new claims were added.

4. You should review posted DD on the April 2018 Supreme Court decision that vindicated the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's constitutional right to decide patent eligibility...A HUGE VICTORY for SFOR.

5. SecureAuth and the District court invalidated THREE SFOR PATENTS and OVER 40 CLAIMS without even reviewing their integrity.

The Federal Circuit court's Appellate Judges would have to go against the Supreme Court decision and the PTAB. Additionally, they would have agree to invalidate THREE (3) SFOR patents without any review of their viability to rule against SFOR. This would fly right in the face of the Supreme Court and the PTAB.

Since last month the Federal Circuit court has sought the input from the US Patent office to help decide these Alice 35/101 Appeal cases...

We already know what their response will be
