2. You should review posted DD on the FULL Federal Circuit stating that District courts can no longer dismiss patent holding companies based on Alice 35/101 without a fact-finding review of their patents. SFOR's case was dismissed without any such review.
3. You should review posted DD on Strikeforce's October 2017 Patent Trial and Appeal Board victory where 25 claims were vindicated and 7 new claims were added.

The Federal Circuit court's Appellate Judges would have to go against the Supreme Court decision and the PTAB. Additionally, they would have agree to invalidate THREE (3) SFOR patents without any review of their viability to rule against SFOR.
