*legal* reported by NR on CTIX/IPIX since Jan 2017 ~ remember NR reset 52 week low on IPIX on 5.10.17 .. approx 1 month later mgmt did a *surprise* to NR by changing out name/ticker and cusip .. which took NR until 2.22.18 to *reset* ..
spot the *pattern* NR deployed on IPIX re: their *reporting* ..

NR had worked the cycle of money on CTIX (IPIX) *UP/DOWN* for years .. and most likely figured in early Jan 2015 .. that flip *DOWN* would be no different .. but a funny thing happened .. due to mgmt's ability to execute .. actual investors couldn't be parted from their *shares* and it set up *imo* the *events* by NR in the latter half of 2015 .. which mgmt didn't roll over for .. rather *aggressively responded* to .. and so it's gone since then .. this is why i note that NR is in a hole of their own making .. NR is used to always controlling *outcomes* on the OTC .. right now they have little time and imo even less *liquidity* .. which is why i say they are stuck .. and their *stuckness* is telegraphing itself via a *legal* that is almost amusing to watch *reported* .. bogus daily volume avgs reported re: that *legal* .. and daily *markages* ( % wise ) that keep ratcheting northward .. all this on less and less *volume* .. oh yeah and Innovation's multi platform hanging over NRs' *head* like the sword of damocles .. it couldn't happen to a nicer group of crooks *imo*
in pulling this post together (always time consuming) .. i realized i have the *legal reported* .. since Innovation first started trading .. way back when ..
if i have the time i will try and get that out sometime this week .. it's amazing how NRs' *cycles of money* .. worked for them so well for so long .. but nothing beats an aware OTC mgmt team that executes and an educated retail investor ..
