You have got that right. A win will set the precedence which is what I believe Ropes and Gray wants and so should we. I would like to see this case decided right here, there is no logical reason to remand it back to the lower court. The panel of 3 judges have everything needed to make a final decision and award damages in my opinion. We need to make an example out of SecureAuth for the rest of the infringers to go "Oh Sh*t" we don't want to go down that road and settle as soon as possible. Just my opinion but a viable one. GLTA
