I agree with most of what you’re saying, especially in regards to Mark getting out over his skis a little bit.
I loved all of Jason’s responses and I’d say a lot of others on this board did too. I can’t imagine what kind of messages this team is dealing with on a day to day basis. Not only from shareholders l, but bashers posing as shareholders as well. These bashers are relentless.
Lastly, I know from a LinkedIn post that Cycloides is restricted from speaking about Utopya due to a strict NDA. I also know for a fact that there’s a distributor who is under a strict NDA. That being said, I think there is something very serious going on. Maybe it’s a buy-out ( I doubt it, but maybe). It could something on the CLEC end, totally unrelated. Could be finra dragging their feet. Whatever it is, it’s serious and I’m sure more complicated than we think.
I think the OPPORTUNITY here is real and while we might not like everything going on at the moment, I believe that this team is acting in the best interest of the company and you either believe or you don’t.
