I'm completely speculating here, but I don't see Mr. Owen sitting around on twitter all day. My guess would be that someone in his organization is meant to manage his account and I would suppose that the volume of communication from members of the Utopya audience were unmanageable. Being privy to some of the communications we've received, I wouldn't question them limiting our audience. If its non discriminatory, it's likely that a few bad apples ruined it for the rest. Again though, how Mr. Owen runs his twitter is purely his business and I'm only speculating on what makes sense here. I'm sure his organization has better things to do than spend their days answering questions about Utopya.
