PHIL CC notes the main important points I got out of the call is CEO HENRY is working on 4 major deals >
> 1st in FINANCIALS
> 2nd in INFRASTRUCTURE
> 3rd in CONSUMER GOODS
> 4th in REAL ESTATE
He said expect a COUPLE PRs before end of JUNE and we can expect at least ONE and MAYBE TWO of the above MAJOR DEALS to be closed by then.
Another main point is they expect the spin off IPO of APR to go around .50 cents with 100,000,000 O/S or $50,000,000 valuation and he said they already have INVESTORS LINING UP who want to participate in the IPO of APR.
Another thing he said once GLXX ICO officially launches they will be able to use FUNDS from that to also grow other PHIL projects.
Also CEO said APR is bigger than just the USA operations with GOLD claims in MEXICO, LAOS, VIETNAM and PHILIPINNES.
CEO said next CC will be much more exciting after they close and disclose one or more of the above MAJOR projects.
