Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made on 28 May 2018 regarding commencement of the subscription period for the subsequent offering (the " Subsequent Offering ") in Solon Eiendom ASA (the " Company ") of up to 396,040 new shares (the " Offer Shares ") at a subscription price of NOK 24.10 per Offer Share.
The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering ended today, 8 June 2018 at 16:30 hours (CEST). A preliminary counting indicated that the Company has received subscriptions for approximately 6.6 million Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering.
Allocation of the Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering is expected to be resolved by Company's board of directors in accordance with the allocation criteria set out in the Company's prospectus dated 16 May 2018. The final result of the Subsequent Offering will be published shortly thereafter, and subscribers who are allocated Offer Shares will receive a letter with the number of allocated Offer Shares and the corresponding subscription amount to be paid by each subscriber.
