NNLX updates are fairly regular for a low penny stock and especially substantial as of late -last one Apr 11-with NNLX making some bold moves to shake things up/move the company forward.
negotiations /dd for licensing etc patents to buyers or geographic patent sales are not quick.
Re the ca 3 grant apps-the NSF site is difficult to search on those matters imo- we don't know whether they applied by Dec 4 for the NSF app referred to by the 11-27-17 update but NNLX believed and many longs believe the n-assay is important enough as a game changer to achieve a grant award with the aid of their professional grant writer
those who have capitulated are well known but dont make the fairly common mistake that nothing is being done just bc there arent monthly or weekly updates
the game changing moves since last july take time to produce fruit
