The idiot who is not your friend is the one who has been posting trash on this and other boards about this company, as well as lying about his position and still off and on PUMPING this stock. Jerseyfish doesn't even know what planet he's on.
I still hold shares. Selling at a loss would be foolish when there's a great deal of time for the pps to climb based on their successful marketing of their brands, before the case even goes to court. Anyhow, it's my belief that they will be victorious.
If the evidence didn't suggest that, the talent we now have in the wheelhouse wouldn't be here. They wouldn't jump on board a sinking ship, not with the credentials that they possess. They could accept positions in many other companies. They came on with Rocky Mountain High Brands because they see a winner, and if you think they aren't fully aware of the body of evidence to be presented in support of the company's allegations, think again folks.
