not true delinquent companies win court cases all the time has 0 to do with winning a case. LPPI did it, BRKK did it, UOIP is about to do it. CMGO is miles from getting halted, as usually the only way that happens is when you start issuing press releases without financials. They havent done that. We'll see what happens. They are 2 years or so delinquent, not a lot.
