(NASDAQ: MVIS ), a leader in innovative ultra-miniature projection display and sensing technology, announced today that it intends to make an underwritten public offering of up to $18 million of its common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. All of the shares will be sold by MicroVision. MicroVision intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include, but are not limited to, working capital and capital expenditures. Subject to market conditions, MicroVision expects that the offering will be priced during the week of June 11, 2018.
