At first glance it seems benign but reading through it , it supports your's and our
notion that Leo is not obliged to release the trial data according to any governing time frame.
As you can see at the end,the words "expects" and "approximately"obviously connote the lack of "urgency" in any timely releasing of the data to the public.
That said,Leo could have had the data from this trial a lot longer than we think and using it in the negotiations.
"Shorty" is going to get FRIED and NO ONE AMONG US wants it more than LEO.
