Here is my theory on what will happen by the end of the year. It's as speculative as some here who are guessing what the 6th arm of the company will be. Speaking of that, how much revenue to date has the other 4 arms generated?
I think Steve is boxed in by the State of Delaware debt. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't know about it when he bought the shell. Nonetheless he can't escape the debt and Delaware won't let him off the hook. Without it getting satisfied he is unable to proceed with FINRA, redomicile to Co, share reduction, etc.
So I believe his only way out is to sell the ONCI shell and reverse merge into a clean new shell. Maybe he gives up one of his 'arms" to buyers so they have something in return to potentially pay off the Delaware debt. Since he reluctantly refuses to PR anything under the On4 name, he'll rename the new shell Hexagon Holdings and then proceed with his original plan.
Don't know if that can be done but like I said it's all speculative.
