The suspension is over and the stock did drop hard
Post# of 41413
At this point if you want to sell this grey market stock, contact your broker and ask him/her to find a buyer for your lot. There have been some interesting low volume sales since the suspension lifted, which means people are trading, though very minimally because the process requires broker A to find broker B who's got a client willing to buy what broker A is selling.
Then you'll have an official trade and a documented loss.

Youre referring to something called Passive Activity Loss (fancy IRS term) which happens during a period called a suspended loss.
unfortunately, this only applies to real estate and other entities; not stocks such as BLTA.

Pretty much, you cant do anything with your suspended BLTA stock. just be careful because most times, once a suspension is removed, the stock will drop hard
