How to become rich..
What a title, right? "How to become rich."
You'll never be rich until you start thinking like rich investors.
"I hope my investment works!"
"I think i'll invest in ABCD because it sounds good."
"I hope I win this scratch off lotto ticket!"
"I guess I dont mind hanging with deadbeat friends."
Hope, think, and guess. Youll never be rich thinking like this.
First, you need to surround yourself around motivated people. How do you do this? you need to figure it out. if you cant meet people in person, meet them in online forums. and im not talking about iFlub.
"motivated people" is not the same as "people who only say what you want to hear"
Second, you need to LEARN about investing. Take classes, attend meetings, read online. do SOMETHING productive to increase your investors knowledge base.
Third, stop buying lotto tickets. "Ya, but joey68! you cant win unless you play!"
1 in 13,983,816 win the lotto. Youre not going to win it.
Know what the rich call the lotto? 'The poorman's tax'
When you see people playing the lotto at those lotto machines, many of them are doing so as a last hope. Notice that 'hope' word again. save those dollars for your savings account or for investing.
Stop HOPING... and start DO'ing!
