It is like Fiat is saying and I believe we collectively calculated it before at .47 per share based on our static (impressively so IMO) outstanding share count of somewhere around 2.3 billion shares. Of course I want more than that and it is not my decision to make but I just know that if someone told me my shares were being redeemed within the next 30 days (limited time offer
) for .47 per share that I would be very happy. I would be a millionaire from my holdings and if the acquirer offers shares as the consideration then the capital gains would not have to stop there. I could cash out a few and ride the rest with the surviving entity. If it is an all cash offer (doubtful IMO if it would be a public company buying) then I would be a millionaire and become an accredited investor immediately. I would then be able to find more opportunities. So in essence, if I had $1 million for example of cash or stock within 30 days I would embrace the change.
