NetworkNewsBreaks – SinglePoint, Inc. (SING) Completes Production of Bitcoin Wallet Commercial; Posts Update on Form 10
Technology and investment company SinglePoint (OTCQB: SING) this morning announced that it has completed production of a commercial for its crypto wallet application which features original Shark Tank member Kevin Harrington. Now that production is complete, SinglePoint can focus on obtaining approvals from the major national networks to air the commercial, which ranges in time from 15 seconds to two minutes. Additionally, the company announced that it has internally completed the Form 10 and is now under review by the company’s auditors. Becoming fully reporting will give the company more transparency, increased liquidity and value for its shareholders. This feat will also assist the company in completing further acquisitions and in-house developments. “We are very excited to have this project reach the ultimate goal of getting national air time.
