Fish, Mrs Li has 1,000,000 shares of Series A preferred stock. It has voting rights of 400 votes per share. There are presently 1.6 billion shares of common stock outstanding, so she no longer represents the control block. The take over occurred way back when the authorized shares were increased to 4 billion, effectively usurping her control. Please keep up.
