Should DECN be fortunate and IMO justly rewarded a settlement from J&J it would and must be used to finance the business plan. No different than if the company secured funds thru either debt or equity financing. These funds would be a blessing and likely mitigate any further dilution (at least short:mid term).

Now given the extraordinary progress the company has made advancing the portfolio forward with little to no funds let’s contemplate what the company could and will do with a well capitalized (for a start-up) balance sheet.
