Thats not true, Bill just blames everyone else for his failures. If he was a real CEO and a man of his word he wouldnt be blaming others. And to be honest given Bills reputation anyone who was looking to buy into TPAC should in fact have called to verified his bogus claims. 100% of what Bill has ever claimed with TPAC has been a flat out lie. He even lied about paying the NVSOS. When he was called out he put the blame on the person requesting verification it had been paid. So dont give me that cry baby BS.
