The judges are on the clock!! Decision time! . . .
Great feeling to know the judges are NOW ,TODAY considering the evidence of SFORs legal patentability , perfectly expressed by R&G in SFORs behalf.
There is as much proof and evidence as you can have in the way of patentability through victories in the following legal entities where SFORs patents were challenged and SFOR patents were validated by PTAB, USPTO, and IPR decisions in SFORs favor. They already have settlements.
I feel supremely confident knowing Ropes and Grey are in the arena fighting for us with a lightsaber (type evidence in their brief), facing the other guys using a straw. Hope they don't throw the straw away after they lose.
They will need the straw to suck up to R&G during settlement negotiations later this month lol
But with this much evidence , even R&G would be challenged to keep their perfect record intact. Decision time is PPS BOOMTIME
