'The Company has taken the step ahead of the release of the Phase One NI 43-101 Report on the New Enterprise Project in order to secure prospects discovered during the field work for the report. The Company expects to receive the first phase of a multi-phased NI 43-101 Report series on the New Enterprise Project for release in the next two weeks. Additionally, the Company has received delivery of the complete inventory of physical core specimen from A & M Minerals and has stored it for reference, research and analysis for the Report. Someone at Corporate Pershing Resources must be an understudy for whomever released the PRIOR 'On or About April 30' Press Release. Of course,I am NOT ruling out 'selective memory' for PR employees. There appears to be a misunderstanding by Pershing Resources as to what constitutes a REFERENCED period of time. Whether 'on or about April 30' /OR/ 'for release in the next two weeks' a period of time WAS referenced by Pershing Resources. To long time shareholders, this failure to respond is the NORM not the EXCEPTION. A Press Release is issued that suggests SOMETHING DEFINED AND SIGNIFICANT WILL OCCUR but NOTHING DEFINED AND SIGNIFICANT EVER DOES OCCUR.
For those who are considering an investment in this company, I strongly suggest that you review the past history of this company. Take note of its Press Releases and the results of those PRs. You will note that this company has represented itself as an R&D company with 'NEW TECHNOLOGY' several times under its previous names. You will also note that it issued many PRs about the Nevada claims (Marco Project) and NOTHING ever occurred. You will note that the move to Arizona suggested that the new location and acquisition of another 'mining' company would provide skilled/knowledgeable personnel and equipment that would use 'New Technologies' that could produce profitable quantities of precious metals. ZIP, ZERO, NADA, NOTHING produced.....unless BS is considered. There have been truckloads of BS gathered, transferred, and dumped onto the heads of PSGR investors for MANY MANY YEARS.
My Family (Trust) is a share holder in this company so my comments CAN ADVERSELY impact the value of the investment. I post my comments/opinions based upon a very long term association with this company through several name changes (iterations). I do not slander/libel or misrepresent anything about Pershing Resources. Everything I enter/post is a response based upon Press Releases presented by Pershing Resources representatives. Upon occasion I have received phone calls from representatives of Pershing Resources. I do not post the contents of the conversations BUT at no time is information discussed that is not available to the general public/investors. I also express my dissatisfaction with the lack of response or Press Releases provided by Pershing Resources to the individual(s) from Pershing Resources who contact me. I call BS...BS, when I see information that is not timely or accurate or is potentially misleading (e.g. dates for something to occur).
Until Pershing Resources begins on-going mining operations that produce a profitable PRECIOUS METALS product or products, I will continue to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of the company. TWENTY PLUS YEARS OF NOTHING BUT BS!!!
