As for SecureAuth, I would reckon its a stall tactic to liquidate as much cash as possible for the executives in a non insider trading manner, while also trying to find outside capital to pay for the settlement instead of having to overload the company with debt or even gutting it. They know they're boned - but they're not dead, even after a settlement. SecureAuth just trying to make sure they have the best position after they settle. Seems dangerous to court the treble, IMO.
