Digitalist Group Plc (“Digitalist Group” or the “Company”) has on 6 June 2018 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of Andreas Rosenlew through Rosebloom Enterprises AB (Business ID: 559018-2852, a company owned by Andreas Rosenlew) and Rosebloom Ventures AB (Business ID: 559100-8080, former Grow Partners AB) has increased above the threshold of 5 per cent. Rosebloom Ventures AB is owned by Rosebloom Enterprises AB. According to the announcement, the holding increased above the threshold on 5 June 2018 due to registration of the shares (“Shares”) subscribed in direct share issues on 31 May 2018 with the Finnish Trade Register. Digitalist Group will apply for the admission of the Shares to public trading on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange in the same class of shares as the Company’s old shares approximately during July 2018.
According to the announcement, the combined holding of Andreas Rosenlew together with Rosebloom Enterprises AB and Rosebloom Ventures AB in Digitalist Group is 35,819,763 shares on 5 June 2018, corresponding to approximately 5.63 per cent of Digitalist Group’s shares and voting rights.
