They all collude. Investment banks, insurance companies, brokerage firms, etc. etc. etc.. Investors have lost billions and thousands of jobs have been lost and dreams stolen by this criminal activity that is going on while regulators wink and look the other way. I would bet very few here have written to their Congresscritters demanding an end to naked shorting. It won't stop until we make it stop.
