Monthly shareholder letters are now starting to be stretched out by SB because it's always something.
Catalysts for the stock come and go, hyped to no end by some shareholders, and so far every one since the conference call has wound up being a dud. June 15 financials has been hyped for a month now since the IBR dud failed to inspire anything, as did the 3/15 results.
Delaware Secretary of State reports no activity in processing either the 2015 or 2016 annual reports and 2017 will be due soon. Without resolution, FINRA cannot proceed as planned, redomiciling to CO cannot happen, the name change to Hexagon will not occur, and PR's will not be issued because of some insistence that everything be issue under a Hexagon Holdings banner.
No website for On4 communication, a placeholder website for Hexagon that has not been updated since October 2017, and an e-mail address for Berman that references his previous employer.
So yes there are many reason why we should question what we are being told. Something obviously doesn't add up Berman stated that it takes six months for sales at each location to become fully implemented and he even based his monthly reorder revenues on this premise. I'll bet anyone all the tea in China that monthly dealership reorders for bSafeMobile are nowhere near what the initial stocking orders were. If there are reorders at all, perhaps it's every 2-3 months or more. You can simply add up all the deals that On4 announced since August with the numbers provided by SB to see that even reported revenue is far lower than forecasted revenue, without explanation as to why it was lower.
I wonder what the new excuse will be once the 6/15 numbers come out? Some have now started to hedge their bets here we should be looking forward to fall numbers and that June really won't matter.
Not to mention that there still has been no additional reported payment to Cogosense that was supposed to completed first by 9/30/17 and then updated to 4/30/18, nor has there been any indication that a factory ( or production line ) was purchased in Kuala Lampur as was heavily hyped by Berman himself in the conference call.
Always question things when they don't make sense. Berman provided most of this information himself and shouldn't be allowed to just pretend some of it never happened. Shareholders deserve the truth not a version of the truth that shines him in the best possible light.
