You are exactly right--just like I said, current share structure. I am always conservative in my models and estimates. And, in RMHB's case, I am certain the share structure will, definitely in 2023 and probably around the end of this year or next, be different and more efficient than it is today. So, there is only upside from my estimate. Also, using the current share structure in my analysis makes today's share price comparable (and more relatable) to any future share price estimates.
From what I've read here, I think about 250 million shares (someone please correct me) should be returned to the company (and hopefully retired?) sometime after the end of this year. 250 million shares is 17% of the company (current share structure), so taking those out of circulation should alone increase the share price 17%, or to about $0.53 in my 2023 estimate, which for me personally is certain millionaire territory.
