(“We”) (LOGX), the established standard for tracking non-subscription based Over-the-Top (“OTT”) engagement data, today announced it has partnered with a leading over-the-top television network which will use the Company’s 4-year viewership library of over 60,000 television shows and movies for improved content procurement and recommendation. The partnership is immediately revenue generating for the Company and features fixed monthly payments for a term of 1-year.
The OTT Network has considerable market share amongst its peers, millions of monthly viewers, over 100 ad-supported channels and is available on most streaming platforms including Apple TV and Roku.
