NR has such probs on IPIX ... such a shame .. 
they are stuck *marking* even when *rolling their resets* .. up or down *imo*
one of these days .. IPIX is gonna show up on reg sho .. i figured it would happen
with news out of mgmt .. but after the last few weeks .. i'm convinced it may well happen in advance of news .. suspect NR may be trying to orchestrate a subtle controlled take up (laddered) on IPIX .. of course the problem there remains that NR doesn't *lose* that control and can *control* PPS re: news out of mgmt .. one reason i suspect a good chunk of those *shares sold* haven't hit the open market is because NR has so few options *to play* after years of *abuse* against IPIX (stock)
