hjoe management.../buffer leadership theory/Walmart principal/sports

First I’d like to state that I believe in these products that hjoe makes, but without the proper
applications/business directives, these products will flounder.

First, warren buffet always stated that the best business were the ones that delegated responsibility. He focused
on each individual solely concentrating on his craft. He believes that a company functions best when leadership
allows people to implement their philosophies and practices within their niche. Great leaders trust others that are
more specialized in a certain disciplines. Hence( Just like great nfl coaches like bill cower and mike Tomlin, they won
Super Bowls allowing each specialized coach, like dick labeau, to formulate a game plan and to call all the plays during a game.
Great leaders trust those that are hired, allow them to act, then wait and see the results they get with their plans. It should be
no different with any company.

I think hjoe should adopt the Walmart principal. Cut prices to be competitive and get into tons of places.More Product placement,at
cheaper prices will allow hjoe to gain marker share, more customers, and ultimately more revenues. If the jerky is appropriately
priced with its peers, it will blow them away and make a huge penetration on the market. This is where less pricing makes more
revenues/profits. Would you rather be in 100 stores making 2.00 a bag or in 15,000 stores making .50 cents a bag?hmmm. More places
,equals more turnover rate, equals more new customers, equals way more money down the line. Same principal goes with dealerships,
Cut prices on product and dealerships and get 120 new dealers a year instead of 15. Again, hjoe will mop up on cheaper franchise fees
,plus reorders. It’s all about how many units you get into the consumers hands, not making a lot on one sale.

As I said earlier, a great business is a team...you gotta trust people who have more experience in a certain discipline. Great coaches
Trust others, their strategies, and wait to see the game plan unfold. That’s why the Steelers are one of the best nfl franchises
around. If hjoe gets their pricing correct in all areas, they will blow the lid off United one, gain multitude of shelf space, and be able
to gain market share and acceptance. You can’t go national unless every city has your brand at the correct price points.

I think hjoe has a lot to offfer, with the corrrect philosophy/business acumen..

Let’s go joe! Adjust and conquer
