$PSGR Just checked the most recent NEWS (PRESS RELEASES) for Pershing Resources. I have to admit that in the past I may have been a bit too subjective in making comments about the failure of Pershing Resources to keep investors informed about current company affairs.
Over the PAST TWENTY YEARS OR SO, on several occasions, Pershing Resources did issue more than ONE PRESS RELEASE in a month!!!! Yep, I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge that there were some Press Releases that closely followed what was happening at Pershing Resources. I was advised by a very competent and scholarly legal mind that even if NOTHING occurs...NOTHING is something. I had noted this is in one of my posts a long time ago...and had forgotten this! It was good to have a refresher course!
With the above in mind, I would like to compliment Pershing Resources for its ability to continuously issue Press Releases that say something by stating absolutely NOTHING. Surely the ability to produce a page of absolute NOTHING and distribute it to the Media says how remarkably gifted the Executives of Pershing Resources are. Shareholders can continue to request current, accurate information about activities associated with Pershing Resources and either 1) NOT receive a response /OR/ 2) Read a POST or ARTICLE issued by a Pershing Resources representative that NEVER addresses the question...or POSSIBLY obfuscates/prevaricates the extent of the activity. In either case, the NOTHING answer is an answer. CLEVER!!!!!!
As of 1 o'clock EDT today, the LAST Press Release was in early May 2018....about one month ago. Since NOTHING has been released by Pershing Resources since then, shareholders should be happy that something (nothing) has happened. Shareholders can await the next Press Release that presents a number of unrelated, undocumented, unspecified occurrences that MAY have taken place somewhere within Pershing Resources World. As long as NOTHING is stated then something did happen. Most likely, investors will never KNOW if anything of value did actually occur BUT now that I have, again, been reminded that NOTHING is Something, I can sleep well at night knowing that Pershing Resources can continue to do NOTHING while acknowledge that accomplishing NOTHING takes hard work and that its NOTHING is REALLY something!
