Ropes and Gray Shock & Awe coming today!!!
In addition to the 11 Ropes & Gray attorney's we have listed, we do not know how many Blank Rome attorney's are involved as well providing consultation. They have a tremendous vested interest here. We have confirmed that they're on contingency through the documents made public at the end of the 2016 Microsoft case. Their Duo* & Centrify cases are in limbo until this SA Appeal is resolved.
*With regard to Duo:
Duo alone is potentially worth well over $100 million to SFOR/Blank Rome. If you review George Waller's June 5, 6 or 7, 2017 court document requesting relief it states that Duo is currently making $72 million a year while infringing on SFOR patents.
How blessed are we to have found a penny stock with this:
1. The strongest 'now in vogue' cyber-security patents
2. World-class Lawfirms representing them
3. A virtual unlimited attorney resource with attorney's that have the highest credentials (review my attorney bio post)
4. A rare PTAB victory in October 2017 100% validated SFOR numerous claims
5. A tremendous April 2018 Supreme Court victory that validated PTAB decisions on patent reviews
6. Several Federal Court of Appeals reversal decisions thus far in 2018 reversing Alice 35/101 early dismissal decisions on patents. This is what happened to SFOR in the SecureAuth case. The Federal Court of Appeals even stated that a Judge should no longer be able to make the decision that the Judge made in the SFOR/SecureAuth case (review ZPaul's post from yesterday on this subject).
None of this includes the tremendous potential of Blocksafe Technologies which is already keeping company with numerous Tech company CEO's (reference Blocksafe posts to see Due Diligence on this subject).
And, of course, the tremendous Channel Partner done deals and revenues that are coming!!!
