In perfect agreement with you. IMHO the only thing delaying that "complete buyout" is the resolution of the SA infringment case in our favor. Once that dark cloud over our IP is blown away by R&G (Intel's, TPG's & SFOR's lawyers) the way is clear for that buyout. I agree with RDY2ROCK's assessment that TPG is the most likely buyer. That assessment is bolstered by the TPG shopping list criteria articulated by their exec to Bloomberg. "We will be acquiring small software companies in the cyber security landscape."
