The company Rising India inc. (RSII) has now officially changed its name to Rising Biosciences (OTCPK:RBII) as of May 31, 2018.

Back in February of 2017 Rising India inc. reverse merged with Rising Biosciences inc. Just over a year later the ticker symbol and name change have been completed.
Rising Biosciences, Inc., is a research and development company focusing on oral and topical pharmaceuticals with strict standards set forward by the pharmaceutical compounding industry.
The one year old company currently has 3 products that they have been working on with more to come.

an oral capsule with laboratory controlled metered dosing that can be blended in exacting ratios of THC, CBD and strain specific terpenes. They have recently teamed up with PAO Groups (OTCPK

The company recently held a conference call with investors on May 30, 2018 at 3 p.m.. Rising Biosciences informed shareholders of the name change completion, milestones and future plans. The company recently listed their peptide serum on sale on Amazon and late last year started selling their TSW topicals cream on-line. The company informed shareholders of their plans to sell their THC/CBD pill Cannophen in dispensaries in legalized MJ states within the next few months. They also plan on putting their products on the shelves in brick and Mortar stores.
The Company has also recently hired a seasoned chemist back in April who will serve as Chief Chemist in-house at the Company’s Ohio Laboratory. This will greatly expedite research and development on new product ideas as well as staff expertise in all of their locations.
Over the last year Rising Biosciences is setting itself up to be a small player in in the huge pharmaceutical market. With multiple products and a small hardworking team they have been able to achieve a lot in such little of time. Now with products for sale they have created a revenue stream to make them profitable in the future.
