The panel's calendar comes into play if oral arguments are requested. So your time estimate of months or at least weeks more is a reasonable one. Given that SA's back is against the wall legally I not be surprised if they do so. It would be the last ditch attempt on their part since Zpaul informed us the US Supreme court has shut their door to IP infringers.
