This is a fantastic step in the RIGHT direction! 
Soon the books will be cleaned up and no longer contain confusing language which has repeatedly been misinterpreted, often times intentionally I believe.
State legislatures, once fully educated on that key difference between CBD and THC, should all support CBD production, sales and transportation 100%. That will lead to Amazon allowing CBD on product labels as it should be. Actually, a majority of states should be enough for Amazon to drop that ban.
There are always certain products that can legally be shipped to most states but not all states. It's fear of federal prosecution that's been giving retail giants the jitters. The HEMPd brand will benefit greatly from the clarifications the feds are finally making, and the biggest hurdle was just cleared.
Congress has more work to do surrounding the folly that has had MJ and hemp scheduled as a class 1 under the CSA. It's long over due, and it's looking like hemp will finally be, without any doubts, 100% federally legal. Marijuana won't be far behind. The majority of tax paying Americans support it and lure the revenues will make it happen. $$ RMHB $$
