Are you insane? hmmm they need to borrow $20K for a bill but somehow will magically have $6MM for a deal? That is why I said NO, gave them EASY option of places that do small times loans and clearly they did nothing with that information.
Secondly, common sense and CYA. No one with any knowledge of compliance and the markets would drop a sell ticket knowing what was presented. I knew I had to hold until a PR. I'd rather take the loss knowing I can sleep at night about my sales being audited.
