i suppose its possible Dr Chalk also receives a geographically prescribed license-is that what you reference in your item 3?
Anything is possible, but the one thing that should be considered here is:
When this technology is sold will it be a cash dividend to shareholders or will the sale price go straight to the company as a bottom line item..
I personally would love a dividend however it remains to be seen what the company will decide to do for shareholders, the company is keeping shareholders in mind
remains to be seen, first is the completion of the sale, second is cash into company account, third is dance naked down main street.
