I usually don’t post stuff from Iscum here for
Obvious reasons. 5 Full-Time Bashers working 16 hrs a day relentlessly to keep PPS down.

Move down matters not if the refinery get done. Correct? You keep harping on about the PPS. What it all comes down to is if the refinery gets built. PPS meaningless in a new venture such as this. PPS doesn't reflect a start-up venture like this. The only things that matters is if it gets built or not. If it gets built though, the PPS will then reflect a thing of value. Will be way higher. So have your fun going on about the PPS because its an easy target that requires little thought. Won't matter if a refinery gets built.
