That's the plan, but they are currently using organic Colorado grown hemp. They may plan on growing their own in Colorado (if they aren't already), but they already have acreage on Comanche land, around 250 acres I believe, that they've been granted growing rights on.
No waiting when once decide to do it. Hemp cultivation is already 100% legal on sovereign land. The most important thing right now is that they're using the best organic U.S.A. grown hemp, and they're extracting full plant spectrum CBD for the healthiest and most sought out CBD products.
