It's just people who are biting their nails over the pps, especially flippers, that are truly waiting for the deal. We know when to expect it, and it's about a month from now roughly. Other lucrative developments could easily be announced before then.
Management isn't waiting for it. They are working to grow the company, not waiting. While the Mexican distribution deal requires regulatory approval to proceed, they have plenty of other work to do, including the launching of and marketing push for HEMPd CBD waters and marketing/expansion of distribution for Eagle Spirit Spring Water.
When Mexican government agencies are back on track after their election process, they'll get the final approval for CBD infused products. Once that occurs, we'll also find out who the parent company is.
