Why I love LIGA....

I've been trading penny stocks for decades...
I was the guy with the price conversion table memorized for those who were doing this before the markets converted to decimals...putting in orders like 1/128th...etc

I've had my share of 10-20 baggers...and my share of getting burned...been approached by many promotion groups to be a paid pumper but just wasnt my thing..

Through the years I have learned how to find the winners...and it's a very simple process...simple don't look for reason to buy any stock...just look for reason NOT to buy. The biggest mistake penny stock traders make is putting on the blinders and being lazy. They look for a big headline..aka "the bait"...and dream of riches. They get excited..aka=emotionally involved" and stop looking for red flags and other stocks...exactly like finding a new hot girlfriend. Next thing you know you are flat broke...

Getting back to why I love LIGA...3 simple things.
They have PROVEN they are not all talk and have acquired real tangible assets unlike 99% of all the scams out there.
I have not seen one paid promotion with endless fluff news..
They have not diluted one shares since the announcement of such promise over a year ago {amazing shareholder respect}

These are 3 simple things I look for when buying any penny stock..I don't have to babysit and I am not worried about a 10,000-1 r/s being dropped in my lap..

LIGA is not in any race to try and please restless greedy shareholders who want this to run to .10 cents next week... I like the steady climb in pps in relation to steady asset growth...

Liga has an honest entrepreneurial management team imo...they are aggressive and talented..they have acquired the Brentwood property with zero dilution to shareholders which is UNHEARD of in the pennystock world.. we are not talking about swampland under a board-member's wife's maiden name purchased for 100x market value type scandle.. this is a real tract of build-able residentialy zoned lots with EXIT reality on board to guide LIGA through the entire project..

LIGA is in auto-pilot mode right now...thats why I love it..no rush for me..I will just kick back and watch it all unfold once the lots start being sold..
