To me, that means he could PR at any time about one or more of them. IMHO the final "nail in the coffin" of the basher board will be driven in 8/15 with the release of the 2Q18 fins. Accounts receivables figures reflecting Federal dollars passed through via ACS will be noted. That empirical evidence will be undeniable. Turning cash flow positive will bring in those conservative investors that focus on company fundamentals. Then the pps will be off to the races. Long and strong SFOR!
