QD production capacity by Chinese QD producers has been increasing at the slow rate of about 250,000 per year since 2015, obviously they have been producing in batches.
QD LED TV shipment in China

2018: 1.2 million
2019 estimate : 1.45 million
QMA produces its QD using automatic continuous flow technology and is capable of producing 4 tonnes per reactor annually.
If QMA's QD production comes inline with 4 million tonnes per year
in 2019, QD LED TV shipment in China will be 5.45 million sets.
P/E ratio naturally will rise with consistently rising quarterly earnings.
