It's not version one. That would be impossible since Oracle got version 2.
I believe, based on experience previously integrating with 3rd parties, it's their versioning number. That's the reason for the point release you see.
No 3rd party company is going to call every release 2.0. You couldn't keep track of any release. nFusz would be sending each of these companies enhancement releases that included bug fixes. Look for the "." (dot) something or other to continue to change
