You do understand that the Reg A in 2016 and the Reg A in 2017 - they never happened they were withdrawn.
I know but this time it is different - Listermann gave a double pinky swear that he really means it this time.
Choice words....the FACT is, WRFX NEVER filed for a 1-A in 2016 or 2017...All you have to do is check the SEC docs.
