if what is being said on other forums is true, it seems for whatever reason they could not get their act together on the 2015 financials and decided this was the quickest-easiest- cheapest way to get it done. do they have a mm set up to help them out of the greys? do they shut it down and come back under another name? where do our shares go? jmo
