Has anyone ever stop and think when David got out maybe he realize that technology has caught up with us and even past us.
Internet speed back when DF was designing the Nuvola NP-1 were very slow!!!!!! With 4K on the horizon he knew it would take much more data to stream 4K with no infrastructure in place.
You think the big Internet providers were going to let the cutting of the cord happen and do nothing about it.
Look at today ...... SPECTRUM ... OPTIMUM and others have bundled up in one box ...... Router, Modem, and Cable... all in one with speeds of
100 mbp to as high as 900 mbps ...... They’ve even advertising Netflix, YouTube, Pandora and other application to the service.
I’ve heard them advertise $79.95 with speeds of 200 mbps.
DF had mentioned how they were working on getting on Cable & Satellite. Maybe there’s no interest!!!! Maybe the Big Studios want to work with the Big boys only.
WHO KNOWS !!!! Just putting my thoughts out there.....
