As of June 30, 2017, there were 368,955,585 shares of common stock outstanding and 210 stockholders of record according to our transfer agent.
Based upon 406,105,391 common shares outstanding as of January 22, 2018.
As of April 24, 2018, the issuer had 422,817,665 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share outstanding.
They issued about 55 million shares between July 2017 and April 2018. How do you think QMC has been paying their bills over those 10 months? Issuing shares.
Per the Kansas and Miami court websites, the cases have not been settled yet.
Hague was originally a mining company in Nevada with issued stock and eventually became QMC. So the QMC stock is still listed as a mining company. So website computers blindly list QMC competitors as other mining stocks.
Art stopping being a key executive years ago.
Those website are not reliable and don't have an affiliation with QMC.
My guess is that those website just predict "Next Monday" every week when filings are late.
